Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming spaces and a strong understanding of design principles. This role involves collaborating with clients and our sales team to create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments that meet their needs and preferences. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for managing projects from concept through execution, ensuring quality and satisfaction at every stage.

Duties

  • Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
  • Develop comprehensive design plans, including layout, color schemes, furniture selection, and materials.
  • Utilize design software to create detailed drawings and presentations.
  • Prepare project proposals, contracts, and specifications for construction or installation.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure timely project completion.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, materials application and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness
  • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, drawings, and models.
  • Knowledge of furniture, fixture and equipment, and architectural/interior finishes
  • Understanding of space planning for commercial office spaces

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,272.00 - $52,173.00 per year
