The organization is a leader in HSE services and a producer and distributor of personal protective equipment and clothing. It operates in a rapidly evolving technological and digital landscape.


The company is seeking a highly motivated and strategically minded Commercial Officer to drive business growth and market development in Oman and the broader GCC region. The role reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.


The position requires a dynamic professional capable of managing commercial operations, building partnerships, and developing sales channels across industrial, governmental, and corporate clients. The Commercial Officer will play a key role in promoting an integrated portfolio of personal protective equipment (PPE), safety technologies, and advanced digital HSE solutions powered by artificial intelligence.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand the company’s presence in Oman and other GCC countries.


  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key clients, distributors, and institutional stakeholders.


  • Promote the company’s product and service portfolio, with a strong focus on Digital HSE systems, AI-driven monitoring, and smart wearable technologies.


  • Support business negotiations, contract development, and project implementation in coordination with headquarters.


  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, regulatory requirements, and business opportunities.


  • Coordinate with technical and operational teams to ensure effective delivery and after-sales support for regional customers.


  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade missions in the GCC region.


  • Provide regular reporting on commercial performance, market developments, and key client activities.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or business development roles, preferably in the industrial safety, PPE, or technology solutions sector.


  • Proven track record in managing business relationships and achieving growth objectives in the GCC market.


  • Strong understanding of digital transformation and AI applications in workplace safety and industrial environments.


  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Italian is considered a strong plus.


  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining close coordination with corporate headquarters.


  • Resident in Oman or available for long-term relocation.
