The Team

Our Commercial Operations Analyst is responsible for assuring integrity of sales contracts performing all stages of contract development from drafting through execution, order entry and maintenance of electronic contract files. This role also creates sales team visibility to upcoming contract renewals through analysis of customer history and creation of sales opportunities.


You Will Be

  • Analyzing and expediting contract requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Developing agreements using sales team inputs and notifying leadership of policy deviations.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve product/service requirements and consulting legal counsel for redlines.
  • Maintaining the integrity of the Contract Management System through proper documentation and audit trails.
  • Fulfilling customer document requests in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Assisting in maintaining a library of non-standard language for future contracts.
  • Converting sales, renewals, and terminations into order entries for accurate reporting and implementation.
  • Creating renewal opportunities and preparing accurate price quotes.
  • Ensuring data accuracy for sales team planning and addressing potential risks in renewal negotiations.
  • Obtaining Pricing Committee approval for renewals and product extensions.
  • Reporting renewal risks and trends to sales leadership.
  • Analyzing and processing customer termination requests, updating systems and notifying stakeholders.
  • Training and coaching Sales Executives on pricing policies and contracting processes.
  • Ensuring contracts are peer-reviewed and within authorized pricing parameters before release.


You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience (3+ years) with TCG solution sets, contract history, non-standard language, and stakeholder engagement; includes 2+ years in contract administration or financial analysis.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Microsoft CRM (intermediate level).
