Under general direction, the Supply Chain Strategy Analyst the Senior Supply Chain Strategy Analyst will play a critical role in designing and executing supply chain strategies that optimize cost, improve service, and drive efficiency across the organization. This role will model end-to-end supply chain scenarios, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to inform decision-making, and lead small-scale strategic projects that deliver measurable impact.


Responsibilities:

Data Visualization & Reporting:

  • Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports in Power BI for use by all levels of the organization—from operational teams to executive leadership.
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and usability of reporting tools to drive data-informed decision-making.


Scenario Modeling & Analysis:

  • Build and analyze end-to-end supply chain models to evaluate trade-offs between cost, service, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop recommendations based on scenario outcomes and provide actionable insights to leadership.


Communication & Storytelling:

  • Synthesize complex analyses into concise, compelling narratives and visual presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Present recommendations and insights effectively to cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Project Leadership:
  • Lead small-scale, cross-functional projects within the supply chain strategy function.
  • Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic priorities.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and methodologies within the supply chain strategy function.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, benchmarking best practices, and emerging technologies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Business Analytics, or related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in supply chain analytics, strategy, or operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel (SQL and Python a plus).
  • Proven ability to analyze complex datasets, model scenarios, and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to simplify complex analyses for broad audiences.
  • Experience leading small-scale projects with measurable business impact.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, manufacturing, logistics, distribution).
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Strategic mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong presentation and data storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision.
  • Collaboration and relationship-building across functions and levels.


Scope Data:

  • Act as a resource to fellow Team Members.
  • Collaborate with business units, other corporate stakeholders, and the Supply Chain organization.

Work Environment:

  • Ability to sustain posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time.
  • Regular physical activity includes manual handling, verbal communication, and auditory tasks.
  • Specific vision requirements include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Prolonged use of personal computer and telephone.
