Role Overview

This role will focus on driving business growth, managing key accounts, and supporting commercial strategies to optimize revenue and profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen commercial mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

What you’ll do:

• Support the commercial team in planning and executing business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage day-to-day operations for assigned categories or accounts, including pricing, promotions, and product assortment.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Analyze sales performance, generate insights, and recommend actionable strategies to optimize commercial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and operations to ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in contract negotiations, commercial agreements, and performance reviews with partners.
• Support ad-hoc projects and reporting requirements as needed.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a commercial, sales, or business development role, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with commercial tools/ERP systems is a plus.
