“Commercial Operations Specialist
” to be assigned to our

' department located in İstanbul HQ;
WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

Engineering degree, MBA or master’s degree is a plus,
-
At least 2 years’ experience required, preferably in international Project Management,
-
Experience in the Power generation and/or Industrial sector in commercial project management capacity ideal,
-
Fluency in English both written and spoken

Very good command of MS Office Applications,

High level of presentation skills,

Financial understanding and business mindset is a plus,

WHAT AWAITS YOU?
1. Project Coordination & Monitoring
-
Support the development of a comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics, including competitors, customers, ecosystem partners, and regulators.
-
Assist in building and maintaining relationships with project stakeholders.
-
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including periodic progress reports.
-
Ensure proper preparation, submission, and follow-up of project-related documents and reports.
-
Track project performance to ensure successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
-
Monitor and consolidate the commercial, operational, and financial conditions of projects and operations across Business Units and central functions.

Track, coordinate, and report project progress based on plans, budgets, and contractual performance.

Establish and maintain reporting standards and infrastructure for key performance indicators at business unit, country, facility, and portfolio levels.

Coordinate market analysis, strategic planning, and transformation/development projects with Commercial Operations Leaders.
2. Sales Contract Management & Financial Analysis
-
Ensure compliance of all projects with sales contracts in coordination with Commercial Operations Leaders.

Analyze and optimize sales contracts, including pricing, cost structures, and process improvements.
-
Monitor and periodically report on sales invoices and collections by Business Unit.

Conduct financial performance analyses, including budget comparisons, cost reviews, and profit-loss evaluations.
-
Coordinate the preparation of financial reports and insights for senior management decision-making.
3. Business Planning & Strategic Projects
-
Contribute to the evaluation of development ideas during Business Plan preparation, focusing on cost, schedule, and technical content.

Participate in feasibility studies and financial valuation of new product, service, or business model opportunities.

Coordinate business development processes and manage profitability analyses and valuation studies.
-
Conduct research, reporting, and feasibility studies aligned with strategic priorities.
-
Coordinate market analysis, strategic planning, and transformation/development projects with Commercial Operations Leaders.
