Commercial Operations Specialist
to join our operations team.
This is a freelance, full-time, fully remote role. You’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day commercial execution, helping us keep partner, product, promotional, and catalog-related workflows accurate, structured, and moving forward smoothly.

Gamesporium is a global PC game storefront working directly with 200+ publishers worldwide. We offer a diverse catalog of officially sourced titles to gamers across international markets, from indie gems to established hits.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate new game entries, assets, pricing updates, and overall catalog health

Support onboarding and recurring operational workflows for publishing partners

Implement and monitor promotions, campaigns, and visibility-related actions

Maintain and improve internal tools, documentation, trackers, and CRM records

Contribute to reporting on game performance, partner activity, and campaign execution

Identify operational gaps, follow up on open items, and help drive issues to resolution

Handle day-to-day commercial operations tasks across internal teams and partner workflows

Stay aware of relevant market trends, PC gaming releases, and customer expectations in the digital games space
What We Expect

3–5 years of experience in commercial operations, business operations, sales operations, e-commerce operations, catalog operations, or a similar role

Strong hands-on experience with
Microsoft Excel
and spreadsheet-based operational workflows

Excellent written and spoken
English

A strong sense of operational excellence, with high attention to detail, accuracy, consistency, and follow-through

Ability to take initiative, identify problems, and solve them independently with limited support

Reliable, structured, and comfortable working across multiple tools, deadlines, and stakeholders

Strong coordination and communication skills

Familiarity with games, gaming platforms, and key publishers; being a gamer is a strong plus
Nice to Have

Experience in gaming, digital products, e-commerce, or marketplace/catalog operations

Experience working with CRM systems, CMS tools, or product/catalog management workflows

Experience supporting partner-facing or commercially sensitive operational processes
