Commercial Partnerships Manager, Middle East

The Commercial Partnerships Manager will be responsible for their own client allocation, and will be selling advertising, and bespoke content across our print, digital, and social channels for the full Condé Nast Middle East portfolio of brands, as well as having involvement in some of our most high profile brand events.

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator and negotiator and should have a proven track record of working directly with both clients and media agencies at a senior level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities and partnerships within the Finance and tech industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, within the industry.
  • Effectively negotiate and close advertising deals and partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with CN guidelines.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within the region.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of advertising campaigns and deliver exceptional client service.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
  • 7+ years of experience in a sales role within the Tech/Finance media or publishing industry, preferably targeting the MENA market.
  • Passion for our brands, with a strong understanding of the MENA region
  • Excellent client & agency relationships.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a proactive, agile attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client/agency relationships, and a strong network within the industry.
  • Creativity in sales approaches, with the ability to develop and sell 360 solutions, including print, digital, social media, and events.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Written and spoken Arabic is a plus.
  • Flexibility to travel.
