💼 What you’ll do?

  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape to inform planning decisions.
  • Create accurate sales forecasts to guide inventory and resource management.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to set daily and monthly targets based on market analysis.
  • Oversee the budgeting process, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively.
  • Monitor financial performance and adjust plans as necessary to meet sales and profitability targets.
  • Work with various departments (e.g., growth, marketing, sales and finance) to ensure alignment on commercial activities.
  • Facilitate communication between teams to support coordinated efforts in achieving business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and marketplace performance to identify improvement areas.
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend strategic adjustments and operational improvements.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Utilize findings to influence product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned on commercial initiatives.
  • Identify potential risks associated with commercial strategies and develop mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate with company leadership to conduct risk assessments and adapt plans as necessary.


Who you are?

  • 7+ years of experience in commercial planning, business development, or strategic management; experience in the electronics category is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with sales, marketing, and finance teams.
  • Ability to develop strategies and improve operational processes.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior.
  • Risk management skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Experience in business development or commercial planning functions.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
