Commercial Plumber

Job Overview

We are seeking skilled and experienced Plumbers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing plumbing systems in commercial settings. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong foundation in plumbing and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Travel is required, we work throughout the State of Florida, lodging and per diem is provided when working out of town.

Duties
- Installation of commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Use blueprints and technical drawings to plan and execute plumbing projects.
- Utilize heavy lifting equipment and hand tools to move materials and perform plumbing tasks.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure a seamless integration of plumbing systems into the overall construction project.
- Be able to communicate efficiently with on-site personnel.
- Possess in-depth mechanical knowledge and apply this expertise to troubleshoot and repair plumbing equipment.
- Use power tools and welding techniques to fabricate and install plumbing .
- Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record.
- Must have tools as needed for plumbing.
- Work on construction sites, ensuring compliance with site safety procedures and regulations.

Skills

- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and carry tools and equipment.
- Plumbing skills and experience working on construction sites.
- Proven experience in the field and the ability to work independently.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to apply this expertise to plumbing equipment and systems.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
- Experience with soldering, PVC, CPVC, PEX A, cast iron, iron pipe threading and the ability to fabricate plumbing components.
- Must be able to speak and understand English.
