Commercial Project Manager

Position Purpose:

The Commercial Project Manager ensures the commercial and financial success of projects across multiple business lines, including industrial plants, service centers, aviation projects, and strategic initiatives. The role oversees project budgets, cost management, cash flow, and financial reporting from feasibility through execution and close-out, safeguarding the organization’s commercial interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess project feasibility and commercial viability.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance.
• Manage purchase orders, contracts, and cost commitments.
• Support procurement and contract commercial evaluations.
• Oversee project invoicing, collections, and cash flow management.
• Identify commercial risks and recommend mitigation measures.
• Prepare commercial reports and support project governance.
• Act as the primary commercial interface between project teams, finance, and management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience; experience with multinational contractors is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial standards and project commercial management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English & Arabic.
