Job Overview
City Glass Company is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager with a strong background in the glass and glazing industry. This position is responsible for managing commercial glazing projects from handoff through closeout while ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality expectations.

This is an in-office position based in Colorado Springs, CO. Candidates must currently live in the Colorado Springs area or be willing to relocate prior to starting employment. Remote or long-distance commuting arrangements will not be considered for this role.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in commercial glazing systems including storefront, curtainwall, entrances, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial glazing projects from project handoff through final closeout
• Coordinate with customers, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors
• Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and scope of work
• Order materials and manage project schedules and timelines
• Track project costs and maintain profitability
• Communicate project updates internally and externally
• Resolve project issues and maintain strong customer relationships
• Work closely with estimating and operations teams throughout project execution

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in the glass & glazing industry REQUIRED
• Strong understanding of commercial glazing systems and construction processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software preferred
