Project Manager - Fit-Out, Events & Exhibitions, Advertising, and Construction/Renovations

Brandscape specializes in a range of services, including fit-out projects, events and exhibitions, advertising, and construction renovations. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple projects across these sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in managing diverse projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans that define scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and quality standards for fit-out, event/exhibition, and renovation projects. Oversee all phases from initial design to final handover.

- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met while maintaining strong, ongoing client relationships.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with design, procurement, finance, and production teams to streamline project workflows, address issues proactively, and ensure alignment on project objectives.

- Budgeting and Cost Management: Manage project budgets by tracking expenses, evaluating costs, and making necessary adjustments to stay within financial targets. Provide regular budget updates to stakeholders.

- Resource Allocation and Scheduling: Coordinate resources, including workforce, materials, and equipment, to ensure timely project execution. Monitor schedules to avoid delays and optimize resource usage.

- Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure that all projects meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications. Conduct inspections and quality assessments at various project stages.

- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and respond effectively to unforeseen challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and budgets.

- Vendor and Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors. Negotiate terms and oversee deliverables to ensure high-quality materials and services.

- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, invoices, and progress reports. Provide regular project updates to senior management and clients.

- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety checks and implementing necessary protocols to create a safe work environment.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

- 5+ years of project management experience, specifically in fit-out, events and exhibitions, advertising, and construction/renovation projects.

- Proven expertise in managing projects from concept to completion, delivering within budget and on schedule.

- Strong understanding of industry standards, building codes, and health & safety regulations.

- Proficient in project management software, such as MS Project or similar.

- PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
