Commercial Property Consultant

The Commercial Property Consultant will focus on the sale, lease, and management of commercial properties in Dubai. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate market, including office spaces, retail properties, and industrial units. You will act as a trusted advisor to businesses, investors, and developers, helping them find the right commercial properties based on their requirements.

What you will do

• Advise clients on commercial property opportunities, including office buildings, retail spaces, and industrial properties.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable commercial properties based on location, budget, and space needs.
• Facilitate property viewings, lease negotiations, and transactions.
• Provide market analysis and property valuations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial property developers, business owners, and investors.
• Stay updated on local market trends, zoning laws, and development plans in Dubai.
• Handle the full leasing or sales process, including contract negotiation, renewals, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

What we want

• Proven experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market and its legal frameworks.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Fluency in English, with Arabic language skills considered a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
