Job Summary:
The Real Estate Broker / Consultant is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. The role involves generating leads, providing expert property advice, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth transactions in compliance with company standards and UAE real estate laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new client leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
• Advise clients on current market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process.
• Prepare and maintain property listings with accurate descriptions, photos, and pricing.
• Negotiate offers and finalize property transactions ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and property documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, landlords, and mortgage consultants to support client needs.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle client queries professionally and build long-term relationships for repeat business.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all real estate transactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker / Consultant in the UAE market.
• Strong understanding of local property laws, RERA regulations, and procedures.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• RERA certification (mandatory or must be willing to obtain).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, etc.) are a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
