Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversee leasing operations for all commercial units (shops, showrooms, offices) within the institution’s properties.

Prepare and analyze occupancy reports and provide recommendations to increase revenue and enhance operational efficiency.

Negotiate with tenants, monitor contracts, and ensure compliance with terms within Dubai.

Determine fair rental values for commercial properties based on market standards, location, and construction condition in Dubai.

Build effective relationships with investors, merchants, and reputable brands in Dubai.

Participate in preparing or reviewing feasibility studies for commercial real estate projects in Dubai.

Conduct market research and analyze competitors and trends in the retail and commercial leasing sector in Dubai.

Coordinate with relevant government authorities in Dubai to ensure leased units are ready for occupancy.

Contribute to developing long-term leasing strategies within the business sustainability framework in Dubai.

Perform any other duties assigned by management or the section head in line with work requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:

University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.

Valid license from the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) – Dubai.

Minimum 5 years of practical experience in commercial property leasing, preferably within well-known property management companies in Dubai.

Proven experience in determining rental values of properties based on market analysis in Dubai.

Ability to prepare or contribute to economic feasibility studies for commercial projects in Dubai.

Strong and effective network with investors and brand owners in Dubai’s retail market.

High negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with clients and investment partners in Dubai.

Full proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Familiarity with property management systems and relevant database programs in Dubai.
