Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Quantity Surveyor located in Abu Dhabi at Distance Studio Consultants. The Comercial Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks Mainly related to Commercial works (Variations, Payment, Assesments...etc) on the site progress, and coordinating between client, and Contractor.

This position will be for a duration of 6 months.

Qualifications

• Cost Control and Cost Management skills
• Commercial experience is a must
• Cost Planning skills
• Cost Reporting proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Previous experience in construction projects is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED20,000.00 per month
