Job Overview

As a Commercial Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating the buying, selling, and leasing of commercial properties. Your role involves working with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance throughout the real estate transaction process.

*Responsibilities*

- Market commercial properties to potential buyers or tenants

- Help Buyers Find and close commercial and investment properties

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and preferences

- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships

- Handle administrative duties related to real estate transactions

- Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients

- Stay updated on real estate law and regulations to provide accurate information to clients

*Skills*

- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus (Bilingual/Multilingual)

- Strong market knowledge and understanding of commercial real estate trends

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders

- Ability to manage properties efficiently and address maintenance issues promptly

- Strong administrative skills for handling documentation and contracts

- Negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for clients
