Commercial Real Estate Agent

Sky View Real Estate is expanding its Commercial Division and is looking for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Agent to join team. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, a proven sales/leasing track record, and the ability to independently manage clients and deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle leasing and sales of commercial properties (offices, retail, warehouses, etc.)
• Generate leads and build a strong client portfolio
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Maintain accurate records on CRM and follow company processes
• Build long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in commercial real estate in Dubai
• Strong understanding of the Dubai commercial property market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
• RERA certification is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
