Real Estate Agent - Secondary Market

About the Role

AI Capital Real Estate is looking for experienced Secondary Market Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. With over 15 years of experience in the local market, we provide a supportive environment equipped with high-quality leads, advanced tools, and a vibrant team culture to help you succeed in the ready properties sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
• Source and list secondary market properties for sale and rent
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and RERA regulations
• Handle negotiations and guide clients through smooth transactions
• Generate leads through digital platforms, networking, and referrals
• Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and company policies

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai’s secondary market
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of Dubai property laws and procedures
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
• UAE driving license and own car (preferred)
