- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies for commercial properties, including online listings and promotional materials
- Manage property listings across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and visibility to attract potential tenants or buyers
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries from clients, vendors, and partners
- Maintain organized records of property transactions, legal documents, and lease agreements
- Prepare reports on market trends, property performance, and sales activity to support strategic decision-making
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate administrative roles or property management is highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
