Hiring: Female Admin Assistant (Real Estate)
We are a dynamic and growing real estate company in Doha seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Female Admin Assistant to join our team and support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
- Maintain and update property listings, client records, and databases
- Prepare contracts, reports, invoices, and official correspondence
- Handle calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain proper filing system (digital and physical documents)
- Assist in preparing tenancy contracts, agreements, and related documents
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when required
- Support the team with data entry and document control
- Ensure accuracy of records and confidentiality of company information
- Assist management with general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of administrative experience (real estate experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Presentable, professional, and customer-focused
- Must have valid QID with NOC
- Immediate joiners preferred
