We have been retained by a major international law firm on an exclusive, non-public search that seeks a talented commercial real estate associate for its top-tier NYC real estate practice. The firm offers world-class resources, sophisticated clientele, and top-market compensation in a collegial team environment.
- Handle complex commercial real estate transactions focused on purchases, sales, and joint ventures
- Deal with issues involving financing, leasing, and land use matters
- Direct client interaction and relationship management
- Supervise junior attorneys and paralegals
- Ideally three to six years of broad commercial real estate experience, but open to either real estate specialists or corporate/M&A associates with a significant interest in transitioning to broad commercial real estate role
- Solid drafting skills
- Experience-commensurate skills in managing matters independently
- Will consider 7th or 8th year associates willing to adjust class year
- Base salary of $310,000-$390,000, depending on class year and experience, plus bonus and competitive benefits

- Four days in office per week
