We are looking for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Manager to lead sales and leasing activities across our premium commercial and mixed-use real estate portfolio.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and manage commercial sales and leasing activities.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and handover.
• Support leasing processes when required (tenant prospecting, viewings, negotiations).
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients and local/international brokers.
• Identify new business opportunities and brand partnerships.
• Monitor market trends, pricing benchmarks and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance and operations teams.
• Prepare forecasts, performance reports and annual budget inputs.
• Ensure contracts comply with legal and company standards.
• Use CRM systems and stay up to date with PropTech tools.
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial or luxury real estate sales/leasing.
• Hands-on leasing experience in commercial or mixed-use projects (20–30% of the role).
• Strong negotiation, leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record in achieving revenue and occupancy targets.
• Strong broker and client network (local & international).
• Strategic, analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
