Commercial Real Estate Marketing & Sales Specialist

(Commercial Showrooms – Administrative Offices – Administrative Towers)

Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Commercial Real Estate Marketing & Sales Specialist to support the marketing, leasing, and sales activities of premium commercial assets, including retail showrooms, administrative offices, and administrative towers.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in commercial real estate, strong client engagement skills, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. The role requires professionalism, market awareness, and the ability to represent the company effectively with investors and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Commercial Showrooms

  • Market and promote retail showrooms within commercial developments.
  • Identify and approach retail brands, franchise operators, and potential tenants.
  • Conduct property viewings and professional presentations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms in coordination with management.
  • Finalize lease or sales agreements in collaboration with legal and finance teams.

2. Administrative Offices Leasing

  • Target corporate clients, SMEs, and professional service firms.
  • Prepare tailored leasing proposals and commercial offers.
  • Follow up with prospects to ensure timely closure.
  • Achieve occupancy targets within defined timeframes.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with tenants.

3. Administrative Towers & Investment Units

  • Market office floors and investment units to qualified investors.
  • Present clear and structured investment information.
  • Support negotiations and transaction completion.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures.

Business Development & Market Intelligence

  • Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and investors.
  • Build relationships with brokers and commercial real estate agents.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor positioning.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing.
  • Proven experience in marketing commercial properties.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Professional presentation and client-facing abilities.
  • Good understanding of commercial pricing and leasing structures.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic preferred).

Performance Expectations

  • Achievement of assigned sales and leasing targets.
  • Maintaining healthy occupancy levels.
  • Timely follow-up on leads and prospects.
  • Professional reporting and coordination with internal departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼10,000.00 per month
