We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our dynamic team. This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to support complex real estate transactions, legal research, and case management within a collaborative environment. <Duties>
- Assist attorneys with drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial & residential real estate documents such as purchase agreements, leases, and title reports
- Manage document review and organization using legal case management systems like Word Perfect.
- Support project management efforts for large real estate transactions, ensuring deadlines are met and all documentation is accurate
- Prepare and proofread legal correspondence, contracts, and filings with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain thorough file management and data entry within document management systems
- Conduct title searches, review title commitments, and coordinate due diligence activities
<Qualifications>
- Paralegal experience in commercial real estate or related fields required; familiarity with real estate transactions is highly preferred
- Experience with legal administrative tasks including document review, proofreading, transcription, filing, and data entry
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively
- Proficiency in legal drafting and writing skills to produce clear, precise documents
- Familiarity with various practice areas such as landlord-tenant law, securities law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, family law, immigration law, environmental law, estate planning, and litigation support is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette and client interaction experience
- Ability to work independently while collaborating seamlessly within a team environment

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
