Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, property owners, investors, and tenants to identify their commercial real estate needs
- Conduct property tours, market analysis, and presentations to showcase available spaces and investment opportunities
- Negotiate lease agreements, purchase contracts, and other transaction terms to secure favorable outcomes for clients
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns that attract potential buyers and tenants
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and local real estate laws throughout all transactions
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, maintaining detailed records, and coordinating property management activities
- Communicate effectively across diverse audiences using strong organizational skills and multilingual capabilities to facilitate smooth negotiations and transactions
Qualifications
- 10 years in Sales/New Business Development
- Proven experience in sales within the commercial real estate sector or related fields such as property management or real estate administration
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, real estate law, and ethical sales practices
- Demonstrated marketing expertise to promote properties effectively in competitive markets
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Organizational skills to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Administrative experience in real estate or related fields is preferred; familiarity with property management systems is a plus
Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
