Key Responsibilities

• train, mentor, and manage a team of real estate consultants.
• Drive team sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
• Monitor team KPIs, pipeline management, and conversion rates.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and sales meetings.
• Support agents in client negotiations, property presentations, and closing transactions.
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA regulations, and industry best practices.
• Foster a positive, professional, and high-performance team culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Dubai real estate sales.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Sales Manager, or Senior Property Consultant preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of Dubai's real estate market.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
