Position: Team Leader – Sales (Real Estate)
Location: Abu Dhabi

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of property consultants
• Drive sales performance and ensure targets are achieved
• Train and mentor agents to maximize productivity
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in real estate sales (UAE market preferred)
• Previous leadership or team handling experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Target-driven with a passion for achieving results
• Ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team
