About the Role You will handle a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate matters, working directly with clients to structure and execute deals. The ideal candidate is a practical, business-minded attorney who thrives in a small-firm setting and is eager to grow their practice.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead acquisitions, dispositions, leasing (retail/office/industrial), and development transactions

 Draft and negotiate purchase/sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and joint venture agreements

 Advise clients on entity formation, due diligence, zoning, and title/survey matters

 Manage financing transactions (construction loans, permanent financing, and refinancings)

 Build and maintain client relationships with developers, investors, and institutional clients

Qualifications

 7+ years of substantive transactional real estate experience at a law firm or inhouse

 Strong background in commercial leasing, acquisitions, development, and financing

 Top academic credentials (JD from an accredited law school, strong academic record)

 Admission to the state bar (or ability to waive in)

 Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to originate business (preferred for Junior Partner

 Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
