Commercial Roofing Service Manager

Salary: $85,000-$95,000 + Profit Sharing!

We are partnered with a national commercial roofing contractor expanding its presence in the Baltimore market and are looking to bring on a Service Manager to lead and build out the local service division.

This is a key leadership role focused on establishing operations, building a team, and driving service revenue in a new market. The right person will have the autonomy to build structure while being supported by an established platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and lead the commercial roofing service division in the Baltimore market
• Hire, train, and manage service technicians and crews
• Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and day-to-day service operations
• Drive service revenue through maintenance, repairs, and small projects
• Manage job costing, margins, and overall service performanc

• Work closely with leadership on growth strategy and market expansion
• Ensure safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility teams, and clients

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing service or operations
• Experience managing service technicians and crews
• Strong knowledge of low-slope systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified, coatings)
• Proven ability to grow or manage a service division preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to operate independently and build structure in a new market
• Experience with Dataforma, Acculynx, or similar systems is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• $85,000–$95,000 base salary
