  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s commercial client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and business development plans to management.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements to secure profitable deals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to improve performance and productivity.
  • Ensure the sales team follows company policies, CRM processes, and reporting standards.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Train and develop sales staff to improve product knowledge and selling skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
