- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and after-sales support.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements to secure profitable deals.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to improve performance and productivity.
- Ensure the sales team follows company policies, CRM processes, and reporting standards.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
- Resolve client issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Train and develop sales staff to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
