Job Overview:

The Commercial Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for Bellomassi’s chilled poultry and meat products. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, deep knowledge of the UAE food industry, and proven ability to build and manage relationships across wholesale, retail, HORECA, and distribution channels. The manager will lead sales strategies, manage key accounts, and ensure the company achieves its revenue and profitability goals while upholding Bellomassi’s reputation for quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for chilled poultry and meat products to achieve company sales targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in wholesale, retail chains, HORECA, and food service sectors.
  • Manage existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to recommend proactive business actions.
  • Collaborate with the production and supply chain teams to align demand forecasting, product availability, and customer requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and credit terms with clients while protecting company interests.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
  • Lead and develop the sales team to deliver outstanding performance and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE food safety, regulatory, and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of proven sales experience in the food industry, preferably poultry and meat.
  • Strong network and understanding of the UAE market, including chilled and frozen product distribution.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Leadership experience in managing sales teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu an advantage.
