Position Purpose Summary:

The Commercial Sales Manager is responsible for leading the corporate sales function, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the achievement of company sales objectives. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive annual sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of commercial coordinators to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
  • Monitor and evaluate individual and team sales performance, providing regular feedback and support.
  • Ensure continuous training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Collaborate with senior management and department heads to align sales initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Work closely with the HR department to recruit, interview, and assess potential sales team candidates.
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs; ensure each team member meets their individual goals.
  • Analyze sales data and generate performance reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure timely execution of commercial strategies and adherence to internal processes.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.
