About the Role:
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing a team of Sales Executives to achieve revenue targets and deliver excellent customer experiences. This role involves creating and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high performance and growth across the team.
Job Responsibilities & Duties:

Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members.

Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to develop team skills and capabilities.

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Monitor team and individual performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs and objectives.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and growth opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and initiatives.

Analyze sales reports and trends to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

3–5 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role. Experience in Insurance industry is a huge plus.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Solid understanding of sales processes, strategies, and best practices.
