Hills Expert Properties is expanding its Commercial Division and looking for highly driven Commission-Based Commercial Real Estate Agents to handle offices, retail shops, warehouses, full floors, buildings, and investment properties across Dubai.

Role & Responsibilities

• Generate and manage commercial leads (tenants, buyers, landlords)
• Conduct viewings for retail, office, warehouse, and industrial properties
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, ROI, and investment yields
• Prepare commercial proposals, tenancy offers, and term sheets
• Maintain updated knowledge of zoning, DED approvals, and landlord rules
• List and market commercial properties on major portals
• Negotiate and close commercial deals professionally
• Maintain CRM follow-ups and client records

Requirements

• Experience in commercial real estate is preferred, but training is provided
• Strong negotiation & communication skills
• Knowledge of commercial leasing rules (fit-out, approvals, NOCs, permits) is an advantage
• Must be target-oriented and self-driven
• UAE visa required (freelancers welcome)
• Driving license is a plus

Earnings

This position is 100% commission-based.
Commercial deals have higher ticket sizes, giving you the potential to earn 30,000–120,000+ AED per month depending on performance.
