We are currently seeking an experienced
Commercial Property Sales Specialist (Warehouse)
to join our Commercial & Industrial Property Division as part of our continued business expansion and portfolio growth. The role focuses on driving the sale of warehouse and industrial properties, engaging with investors and end-users, and delivering strategic property solutions across the commercial real estate market.
Job Responsibilities:

Identify, engage, and manage potential buyers for warehouse and industrial properties, including investors and end-users.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to market vacant and income-generating warehouse assets.

Coordinate with property owners, legal teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and client negotiations to achieve successful deal closures.

Provide market insights, pricing recommendations, and advisory support based on current industrial real estate trends.

Maintain accurate records of leads, transactions, and client communications while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in commercial or industrial property sales within the
Commercial Real Estate
industry.

Proven track record in selling or leasing warehouse, industrial, or commercial properties.

Strong understanding of property valuation, market analysis, and investment sales processes.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.

Existing network of investors, corporate clients, or industrial property buyers is an advantage.
