A Day in the Life
As a Commercial Senior SeedZ Management Trainee, you’ll be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, reporting to a senior commercial leader and collaborating with a diverse team. This program is designed to accelerate your career by giving you hands-on experience in key commercial functions. You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Develop Business Acumen: Gain a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and sales strategies.
• Build Relationships: Work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
• Hone Negotiation Skills: Participate in contract negotiations and learn how to create win-win solutions.

We Are Looking For
You’re a great match for this role if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• +3 years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development preferably in FMCG industry
• Strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence others.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
• A knack for analytical thinking and problem-solving.
