What sets Yiswa as a unique idea in the e-commerce field is that it has been established to work the other way around, while the price of the product decreases in the Reverse Auction, customers choose the right product price for them.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Sourcing Specialist located in Kuwait City. The Commercial Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and procuring products, negotiating contracts, and managing suppliers. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, developing and maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring that procurement processes align with company goals. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to meet procurement needs and support strategic sourcing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and procurement data
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and relationship building
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms with suppliers
• Experience in Recruiting and managing supplier networks
• Knowledge of Procurement processes and best practices
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
