Supply Chain Specialist – Automotive Aftermarket Spare Parts

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist with proven expertise in the automotive aftermarket spare parts industry, specifically for Chinese vehicle brands. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and procuring high-quality spare parts directly from factories, forecasting market requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with established Chinese manufacturers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and source automotive spare parts for Chinese vehicle makes, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely availability.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and factories across China.
• Monitor upcoming vehicle models and fast-moving products in the market to forecast demand and ensure timely procurement.
• Analyze sales and inventory data to predict future requirements for fast-moving spare parts and avoid stockouts.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to optimize procurement costs.
• Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and manage replenishment in coordination with the inventory team.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs requirements, and company procurement policies.
• Continuously improve sourcing strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and meet market demands.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in sourcing and procurement of automotive spare parts for Chinese vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of Chinese automotive brands, their aftermarket spare parts, and upcoming models.
• Established relationships with Chinese automotive parts manufacturers and suppliers.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Solid understanding of forecasting, inventory planning, international logistics, and customs clearance.
• High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
