We are looking for an execution-driven Commercial Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day commercial activities across distributor, trade, and internal teams.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced FMCG environments, is highly detail-oriented, and takes full ownership of in-market execution.
You will play a critical role in ensuring strong visibility, availability, and performance across modern trade (MT), traditional trade (TT), and e-commerce channels.
Responsibilities
- Distributor Management (daily control): Main point of contact with distributor.
Track listings, pricing, visibility, and targets.
Follow up relentlessly to ensure execution in market and fix issues fast. - Trade Marketing & POSM Execution: Manage POSM end-to-end: briefing suppliers, production, and deployment.
Ensure strong in-store visibility (fridges, shelves, pricing). - Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate between sales, marketing, operations, and agencies.
Manage activity timelines and ensure all moving parts are aligned. - Product Launch Execution: Support launches across MT, TT, and e-com.
Ensure readiness across listings, stock, and assets before go-live. - Execution & Follow-through: Own tasks end-to-end.
Drive follow-ups, close loops, and ensure delivery without delays.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in FMCG (sales, key accounts, or operations), on the brand or distributor side.
- Execution-focused operator with a hands-on, get-things-done mindset.
- Market-driven - spends significant time in-market checking execution and visiting stores.
- Field-active and proactive; able to keep distributor and internal teams on track.
- Strong follow-up skills and high sense of ownership.
- Comfortable pushing for execution and resolving issues quickly.
- Good Excel and communication skills.
- Based in Riyadh and able to drive.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
