Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Specialist / Manager, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Commercial Specialist / Manager will be responsible for overseeing business planning and commercial management activities, managing team operations, and handling contract management. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, developing business strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the successful execution of commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Manage client accounts, contracts, and negotiations.
• Identify new business opportunities within the marine and offshore industry.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and analyze reports on market trends, pricing, and competition.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a commercial role within the marine industry.
• Strong knowledge of marine operations, contracts, and industry standards.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and drive long-term partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marine Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
