We’re growing fast and are looking for detail-oriented, tech-savvy individuals to join our commercial team to help onboard restaurants and keep our platform updated and accurate.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Commercial Staff member with strong data entry skills and basic IT technical knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new restaurants onto the YAY Food platform by entering accurate restaurant information, menus, pricing, images, and other relevant data. This role involves close collaboration with restaurant partners, the sales team, and the tech support team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and input restaurant details, including contact information, location, business hours, and other required data.
• Upload and manage menu information, including item names, descriptions, categories, prices, and images.
• Ensure all data is entered accurately, consistently, and in line with platform standards.
• Coordinate with sales and partner restaurants to gather missing information.
• Test and verify restaurant pages on the app after data upload to ensure proper display and functionality.
• Provide basic technical support to restaurants during onboarding (e.g., troubleshooting menu upload issues, image formatting, etc.).
• Regularly update restaurant information (e.g., menu changes, price updates, holiday schedules).
• Maintain clear records of onboarding progress and report regularly to the Commercial/Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry, preferably in the food delivery or e-commerce industry.
• Basic understanding of IT tools and ability to work with web dashboards or CMS platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and uploading data in structured formats.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues and coordinate with the technical team if needed.
• Prior experience with restaurant onboarding or menu management is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
