This role is a critical leadership role responsible for spearheading the development and execution of the business unit strategy & strategic commercial initiatives that drive profitability and achieve organizational goals for Nawy. Key Responsibilities:
1. Development of Commercial Plans:
- Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive commercial plans that align with company profit and loss (P&L) objectives.
- Develop long-term strategic goals and actionable plans to achieve these objectives.
- Drive the development and execution of strategic initiatives to support business growth.
- Ensure plans are innovative, strategically sound, and effectively implemented.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure the seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate teamwork and effective communication across the organization.
- Serve as a liaison between departments to harmonize objectives and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
3. Performance Tracking and Analysis:
- Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics against predefined targets.

- Develop and implement a robust lead acquisition strategy.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, engineering, or a related field- 6-8 years of experience in previous commercial roles.
