Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Vehicle Sales Supervisor to join our team in Gíza, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability

- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and dealerships

- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity

- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management

- Travel to different locations to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial vehicle sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
