Commercial Vehicle Sales Supervisor

Position: Commercial Vehicle Sales Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management.
  • Train and mentor sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop promotional campaigns and strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to the sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial vehicle sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry and market trends.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
