Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Window Washer to join our team in Spokane Airport. This role involves cleaning the exterior and interior windows of commercial buildings to ensure a pristine appearance and maintain building safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong cleaning skills, experience with janitorial or custodial work, and familiarity with operating equipment such as scissor lifts. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where safety, efficiency, and attention to detail are paramount.

Duties

• Clean exterior and interior windows of commercial buildings using appropriate tools and techniques
• Operate equipment such as scissor lifts safely and efficiently to access high or hard-to-reach areas
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times during work
• Perform routine maintenance on cleaning tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain a clean work environment by disposing of debris and ensuring all work areas are tidy
• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned projects within scheduled timeframes
• Adhere to company policies regarding safety procedures, equipment handling, and quality standards

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to windows and building exteriors
• Ability to operate scissor lifts and other access equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
• Excellent physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks in various weather conditions
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork and adherence to safety instructions
• Familiarity with safety regulations related to working at heights and operating machinery
