The Commi Chef is the entry-level culinary position within RAMR Group Co.'s kitchen brigade, responsible for supporting the preparation, production, and service of food across all sections of the kitchen under the direct supervision of the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef.

Education

• A culinary diploma, certificate, or vocational qualification from a recognised culinary school or hospitality institution is preferred.
• Candidates with strong practical kitchen experience in lieu of formal qualifications will be considered where their skills and attitude demonstrate the required standard.

Experience

• 2 years of professional kitchen experience.
