Commi (Italian cuisine)

We are looking for a passionate Commis with an Italian culinary background, specifically skilled in pizza preparation and other Italian dishes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the kitchen team in breakfast food preparation, cooking, and delivering high-quality dishes to ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes, with a strong emphasis on pizza, following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Assist in the daily operations of the kitchen,cooking, plating, and serving food.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with senior chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared timely and efficiently.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Support the development of new menu items and contribute creative ideas based on seasonal ingredients.
- Assist with the training of new kitchen staff as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and hygiene standards.

**Job Specifications:**

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a fast-food outlet, with a focus on Italian cuisine.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD220.000 - BD300.000 per month

Work Location: In person
