Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meats, sauces, and garnishes
  • Assist in cooking and plating dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, equipment, and storage areas
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
  • Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of shortages
  • Store food properly and label items correctly
  • Support senior chefs during busy service periods
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely
  • Help reduce food waste and maintain portion control
  • Participate in daily kitchen setup and closing duties

Required Skills

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen

Pay: QAR1,500.00 per month
