Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meats, sauces, and garnishes
- Assist in cooking and plating dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, equipment, and storage areas
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of shortages
- Store food properly and label items correctly
- Support senior chefs during busy service periods
- Operate kitchen equipment safely
- Help reduce food waste and maintain portion control
- Participate in daily kitchen setup and closing duties

Experience
